As an Admin or a Coach with Learning Path authoring privileges, you can better find specific modules and courses available to your system via the 'Modules Management' page. Along with searching for the names of specific modules and courses, you can sort/filter your library of modules/courses. You can also select multiple modules/courses and perform bulk actions as needed!
Modules Management
To navigate the Modules Management page of Learning Paths, first select which you would like to sort by - Modules or Courses - from the left-side panel. This will automatically provide a view of either all of the modules or the courses within your system, published and unpublished.
Sorting Modules & Courses
To sort your modules/courses, click the dropdown arrow under the 'Sort By' selection. A dropdown list will appear with the following sorting options:
- A to Z
- Z to A
- Last Modified
- Newest
- Oldest
Choose one to apply.
Filtering Modules & Courses
You also have the option to apply further filtering by clicking the dropdown arrow under the 'Filters' selection. A dropdown list will appear with the following sorting options:
- Published
- Draft
- Visible in Learning Library
- Not Visible in Learning Library
Choose one or more to apply your filtering.
Applying Bulk Actions to Modules & Courses
Lastly, if you select the checkboxes of multiple modules/courses in Modules Management, you can perform various actions in bulk by clicking the 'Bulk Actions' selection. Multiple items need to be selected in order for this menu to be available. Once the option is selected, a dropdown list will appear.
When viewing Modules:
- Discard
- Archive
- Add to Course
- Clone
- Publish/Unpublish
When viewing Courses:
- Discard
- Archive
- Clone
