How to enroll Learners and Moderators to a Learning Path Module (Admin)

As an Admin, or a Coach with Learning Path authoring privileges, or a Moderator to a specific Learning Path module, you can invite members to a Learning Path module! Members are divided into (2) role types - Learners and Moderators.

• Learners are participants of a Learning Path module and can be users of any role type (Admin, Coach, Mentee). You can invite individual users or entire groups to partake in a Learning Path module.
• Moderators can manage members, review/edit the Learning Path module, clone and modify the specific module, manage resources and announcements, view the overall discussion, and view members’ responses. You can only invite users in the Coach role to be moderators.
  

To enroll members to a Learning Path module, first navigate to 'Learning Paths' in your top navigation bar. Next, select the 'Modules Management' tab.

On the Modules Management page, click on 'Modules' on the far, left-side panel. Hover over the '...' icon next to the 'View' option of a specific module. A dropdown menu will appear. From the dropdown menu, elect 'Manage Members.' This will bring you to the general 'Members' tab of the module.

On the Members tab of a module, you can select either the Learners tab or the Moderators tab to manage your specific members. 

Enrolling Learners to a Module

To add Learners, click the Learners tab and then click the 'Add Learners' button on the far, right-hand side of the Learners tab.

If you are enrolling learners, search for the users or groups you would like to enroll.

NOTE:  Enrolling a group to a Learning Path module will enroll every past, present, and future member of that group to the assigned module.

Press the blue 'Add' button to save your changes.

Enrolling Moderators to a Module

To add Moderators, click the Moderators tab and then click the 'Add Moderators' button on the far, right-hand side of the Moderators tab.

If you are enrolling moderators, you can only assign the role to individual users.

Press the blue 'Add' button to save your changes.
