Users can attach files, observations, self-assessments, learning paths, URLs, and data forms to their Goals and Action Steps in order to indicate progress.
To do so, expand the goal by clicking the '+' icon. Then, click on the 'paper clip icon' to choose the type of artifact you'd like to attach.
Select or upload your desired item to attach and then click 'Continue.'
To attach the item and make it visible to anyone who can see the goal, select 'Attach.'
Once added, if you'd like to rename your evidence, click the 'pencil icon.' If you'd like to delete your evidence, click the 'trash bin icon.' Both icons are located to the right of the evidence.
