System Administrators can create Comment Tags that will auto-suggest when users add a "#" in the comment box of a video.
Comment Tags are a great way to tag a specific moment as an observed behavior, an area of praise, improvement, etc.
Once Comment Tags are created by an Administrator, users can start tagging in any comment box by typing a hashtag ("#") and selecting from the list of available options.
Once you add Comment Tags to a video, you can click on the tag within the comment feed to filter the results to only see that specific tag.
Click on the tag again to clear the filter.
If you want to search all of the videos you have access to for a specific comment tag, use the search icon from the top navigation bar.
Select 'Videos & Files' from the search drop-down.
Type in the Comment Tag and click 'Enter' on your keyboard to initiate the search.
Finally, filter your results by clicking 'Found in: All,' and selecting 'Comment Tags' from the drop-down menu.
