Great question! When you request a new password, you should receive an email with the link to reset your password. If you haven’t received the instructions to reset your password, the email may be in a folder other than your inbox.
Your password reset email was sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. You can add this email address to your address book or contacts list and try requesting a new password on the TORSH Talent login page again.
Sometimes emails can get caught in spam or junk folders, so please check in those places as well! If you use Gmail, make sure you check the Social tab in your inbox. If you find any emails from TORSH Talent in your spam folder, please mark them as safe.
You can also ask your IT department to whitelist our IP address to help ensure that you receive important notifications from TORSH Talent. Please suggest that they add the following IP address to your whitelist:
