In TORSH Talent, you can turn on Automatic Sharing to share all of the Observations and Self Assessments you publish with other specified users on the platform.
NOTE: This change is not retroactive. This will only automatically share observations and self assessments published moving forward, NOT observations and self assessments published before this setting change.
To set up Automatic Sharing, click on your 'profile icon' in the top, right-hand corner of Talent and then select 'Account Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Once on your Account Settings page, scroll down to see the section for 'Automatic Sharing.'
To enable automatic sharing, first click the 'On' toggle beside 'Share Observations' and/or 'Share Self Assessments.' Next, click the 'pencil icon' and select the users and/or groups with whom you would like to automatically share your published Observations and/or Self Assessments.
Click the 'checkmark icon' to save your changes! Moving forward, all of the observations and/or self assessments that you publish will be automatically shared with the people you selected.
