As a user in the Admin or Coach role, you can organize the files in the Exemplar Library by creating Exemplar Collections. Exemplar Collections are a great way to organize resources that you would like to share with a group.
As a best practice, we recommend that your organization designates one user in the Admin role to manage the organization of the Exemplar Library.
Once on the Exemplars page, select the gear icon next to Collections on the left hand navigation.
A pop-up box will appear. Click '+ New Exemplar Collection' and then give your Exemplar Collection a name and a brief description if desired.
After you create your Exemplar Collection it will appear in the left hand navigation. To add an artifact to it:
1. Locate the artifact you want to add
2. Hover over the gear icon and click 'Manage Exemplars Collections'
4. Select the Exemplar Collection(s) you want the artifact to be a part of
If you want to add more than one artifact at a time, you can choose as many artifacts as you'd like, select the 'Bulk Actions' button and then click 'Add to Exemplar Collections.'
