In TORSH Talent, System Admins can set a Default Data Form or Rubric Template to appear as the first option when opening data forms to complete within their system! To set your default templates, navigate to the Management Panel on your homepage and click 'Data Forms.'
Next, click on the 'Settings' tab on the Data Forms page. This will load a list of various dropdown menus, from which you can set your default data form or rubric templates. Each menu item will determine the specific feature or area of the system these default templates will display.
NOTE: If you do not set a specified default data form or rubric template for a given feature, it will instead display the most frequently used template in that area.
