What do I do if I've sent my staff the Torsh TALENT invitation email, but some people haven't yet activated their TALENT accounts?


For users who haven't activated their accounts yet, you can mass email them their TALENT invitations. This way they will see a fresh email in their inbox, reminding them to sign up for the platform. To do the mass re-send option, please click the "+" sign next to Pending Enrollments on your homepage. Then click "View All" under Pending Enrollments. This will take you to the Management Panel.

From there, please select all users and click on bulk actions --> "Re-Send Invite Email(s)". Make sure you select all the users on the following page as well (if there are any). This will re-send the invite to all users who haven't signed up for TALENT yet.
