If your upload remains pending, it is usually due to one of two reasons: 1) your internet connection was interrupted; or 2) the app was closed before the video completely uploaded.
Until your video has completed the upload process, T Uploader must stay open and your device must sustain a Wi-fi connection. If the app accidentally closed during the upload, don't worry! Find the video in the Not Uploaded section of your video library. Click on the three lines next to the video and choose “Upload to TALENT”.
Reminder: Make sure you are connected to Wi-fi and that you leave the app open until the video is moved to the Uploaded Videos section of the video library, and the 'Uploading' or 'Upload in Progress' window is absent.
