If your mobile upload remains pending, it is usually due to a poor internet connection.
Until your video has completed the upload process, TORSH Talent must stay open and your device must sustain a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. If you force closed the app during the upload period, don't worry! You can find the video in the Not Uploaded section of your Video Library. Click on the gear icon next to the video and select, 'Upload.'
If you still can't get your video to upload, we suggest trying the upload on another internet connection. If that doesn't work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to assist!
