When drafting a Video Observation or Self-Assessment, it can be useful to leave time-stamped feedback within your rubric. Leaving time-stamped comments not only helps to focus on key moments within your observation, but also helps to better organize your feedback!
To leave a time-stamped comment within your video observation, first open the rubric within your pending video observation. Find a comment text box in your observation rubric and click inside of it as if you are about to type. When you do so, a blue box with a timecode will appear in the top, right-hand corner of the comment box with the message 'Add link to video at...'
This will automatically generate a timecode based on where you are within the timeline of the video you are observing.
To leave the timestamp, click on the blue box, and a timestamp link will automatically display within your text box.
You can leave as many timestamps as you wish and immediately type after them. If you wish to delete your timestamp, simply click the 'X' displayed with the timestamp.
