Along with attaching evidence to goals, you can also tag a goal with Competency Tags. Competency tags are linked to specific answer columns from the observation rubrics found in your system.
To tag a goal, you must do so during the goal creation process. To create a goal, go to 'Coaching Corner.' From there, click the 'Goals' tab.
On the 'Goals for Others' page, click 'New Goal.' Find the user who you wish to set the goal for, enter that goal, add a due date, and any Action Steps if desired.
To tag a goal, simply click the 'Tag Goal' button.
A new pop-up modal will appear, asking you to select the rubric you are tagging from. Please click the dropdown arrow beside 'Select Rubric/Framework' and select your rubric.
Once you have selected a rubric, expand the section you would like to tag from by clicking on the '+' icon. Feel free to select as many areas as necessary. As you select, this will leave a newly designated tag for the goal (see example below):
Once you have tagged the goal, your chosen rubric and your chosen answer columns (or dimensions) will appear in a list under the 'Competency Tags' section.
When you have made the finishing touches to your goal, make sure it is properly assigned to a user, and then click 'Save Goal.'
