As an admin, you can further manage which data forms can be used in your system by either archiving a data form or deleting it from your system.
To manage your data forms, go to your System Settings. On the far, left-side panel click 'Data Forms.' This will take you to a page listing all Active, Archived, and recently Deleted data form templates in your system.
Active Data Form Templates
Under Active Data Forms , click on a data form template's '...' icon to open a dropdown list of different actions. From here, you can choose to 'Archive,' 'Modify' or 'Delete' a data form template. You also have the option to manage the visibility of the template in your system by clicking 'Manage Visibility.'
Archived Data Form Templates
You will find all archived data forms under the Archived Data Forms section. Clicking on a data form template's '...' icon will bring up the option to either 'Delete' or 'Restore' the data form as active. Choosing to 'Archive' a data form template will disable it from being viewable in your system from the Data Forms dropdown list. This can be useful in instances where one may like to temporarily disable a data form template from being selected by other users in the system!
To archive a data form, click the gear icon and then click 'Archive.' A pop-up window will appear. Click 'Archive Data Form.'
If you would like to restore a data form to 'Active,' simply click the '...' icon and select 'Restore.' A pop-up window will appear. Click 'Unarchive Data Form.'
Deleted Data Form Templates
Lastly, admins may choose to delete data form templates. Once a data form has been selected for deletion, it will appear in the Deleted Data Forms section. Much like archiving, this removes the data form as a selectable option for users in the system; however, it also deletes the data form permanently from the system after 30 days from initial deletion.
To delete a data form template, click the '...' beside it and click 'Delete.'
To permanently delete a data form template from your system, click on the '...' icon for a deleted data form in the Deleted Data Forms section. Next click 'Delete Permanently.' A pop-up will appear. Click 'Permanently Delete Data Form.'
If you would like to restore a data form to 'Active,' simply click the gear icon and select 'Restore.' A pop-up window will appear. Click 'Restore Data Form.'
