As an admin, you can manage the visibility of specific data forms available in your system. This can be very helpful to allow users of specific roles and/or groups access to certain data form templates.
To manage the visibility settings of a data form template, go to your System Settings. On the far, left-side panel click 'Data Forms.'
This will take you to a page listing all active, archived, and recently deleted data form templates in your system. Find the active data form template you would like to manage and click on its '...' icon. Then click 'Manage Visibility' from the dropdown list.
This will take you to the Settings page of the data form template. Here you will see (2) dropdown menus for Visibility section - one for Roles and one for Groups. Please select the dropdown arrow for each type to assign which users in your system will be able to use that data form template. To save your settings, click the '+ Set Visibility' button.
Once your visibility settings for the form have been saved, you will see these settings applied, listing which roles and groups may utilize the form template.
