Perhaps it's been a while since you last logged in, or maybe you recently updated your account. In any case, passwords are sometimes forgotten.
If you attempt to login with the incorrect password, you'll receive a message alerting you of this error.
Click or tap the "Forgot Password?" button on the login screen. You will then be sent a Talent notification email containing the link to create a new password for your account. If it is not in your inbox, please double-check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the instructions in the email and on the linked webpage to update your credentials and login to your account. The same password is used for the TORSH Talent web-based platform and the TORSH Talent app, so make sure to clear your cache or update your saved passwords, if applicable.

If you use the "Forgot Password?" button and you receive a message that your account hasn't been found, please re-enter your email address to ensure that it is correct. If it is the correct user email address, please reach out to your Talent system Admin to check on your account status.
