Hi, my video says it uploaded but I received an encoding error...Can the video be recovered?

In this instance, it looks like this video file will need to be re-uploaded. 

Did you record the video using T Uploader? If so please check this Help Center article for instructions on uploading the video from the app.
If you have the video stored on your computer, or in cloud storage, you can re-upload the video by clicking the 'UPLOAD' button on your dashboard.

If neither of these options work, please check that the video file is in a compatible format.
